HCP Sustainability Achievements

 



For the second consecutive year, HCP has been named to CDP’s S&P 500 Climate Disclosure Leadership Index in recognition of our sustainability achievements.
This index position was achieved by attaining a score of 97 out of 100 which ranks in the top 10% of reporting companies.
For the third consecutive year, HCP has been named the Global Leader for the Healthcare Sector by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). We were ranked #1 among all survey respondents within our sector.
We were also awarded a Green Star designation by GRESB for the third year in a row for our integrated approach regarding management of key environmental performance indicators.
For the second consecutive year, HCP has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index for our leadership in sustainability.
This achievement is awarded to the top 20% of the 600 largest North American companies in the S&P Global Broad Market Index and represents the leaders within their industry groups that outperform their peers in sustainability metrics.
HCP has been named to the following FTSE4Good Indices for the third consecutive year:
